Management & Operations
Levy
The monthly levy includes:
|
"The architecture at Kingswood is stylish and the choice of finishes enhances the up-market nature of the development." |
 |
Attention to detail in the exterior and interior areas is meticulous. The "village theme" is reflected in the architecture - clay "briti" tiles were used on all roofs, dry-packing stonework was incorporated throughout the village and authentic sleeper-wood beams above most windows and doors. Speckled granite sufaces, superior light fittings and superb quality tiles used in bathrooms and kitchens enhance the feel of luxury of the interior areas.
Levies are charged depending on the respective living option chosen. A body corporate, as required by legislation, is elected by the owners to manage the village. To this end a Village Manager, Caretaker and Administrative Assistant have been appointed.
Over and above the monthly levy, a future 2,5% on all resale prices will contrbute towards a levy stabilisation fund. This will increase the body corporate's ability to keep levies as stable as possible. It will also be a source from which unforeseen expenses could be funded.
